Ordering
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating a free account allows you to track orders, save items to your cart, view order history, and receive exclusive promotions.
How do I know if a toner or ink cartridge is compatible with my printer?
Each product page lists compatible printer models. If you’re unsure, please contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax) for compatible and remanufactured ink and toner cartridges. Free shipping does not apply to OEM products.
How much does shipping cost for orders under $50?
Orders under $50 (before tax), as well as OEM products, ship for a flat rate of $10 anywhere in Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
When are orders processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Do you ship to remote or northern locations?
Yes, but free shipping does not apply to remote locations, including Northern Territories. Additional shipping charges may apply. Our customer support team will contact you if extra charges are required.

Are compatible and remanufactured cartridges safe to use?
Yes. Our compatible and remanufactured cartridges are carefully tested to ensure reliable performance, excellent print quality, and compatibility with your printer.
Will compatible cartridges damage my printer?
No. Using compatible or remanufactured cartridges will not damage your printer when used as intended.
What is the difference between compatible, remanufactured, and OEM cartridges?

Will I still receive order-related emails?
Yes. Transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates are essential and cannot be unsubscribed from.
