Canon Toner Cartridges

Canon toner questions

How do I find the correct Canon cartridge?

• Use the finder with your exact printer model, or select the number printed on your current toner cartridge.
• Check the product’s compatible-printer list before ordering.

What does the page yield mean?

• Rated yield is an estimate under a defined test method. Actual pages vary with coverage, document content, settings and use.
• Black and colour cartridge yields are measured separately. A four-colour pack does not have one combined colour yield.

Is toner the same as a drum?

• Toner supplies the powder used to print. The drum transfers the image onto paper.
• Some Canon printers combine these parts in one cartridge; other models use a separate drum. Match the replacement part to your model.
