Please note: Free shipping does not apply to OEM (Original Manufacturer) products. shipping for these OEM products are calculated at the checkout.

Low-Cost Shipping

LOW-COST SHIPPING on all orders under $50 (before tax) and on all OEM products

Orders under $50 ship for $10 flat rate
Applicable to any order size
Available for shipments within Canada
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or other courier services, all with tracking information provided

Processing & Delivery Time

Order processing may take up to 24 hours
Once processed, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location within Canada

Warehouse Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday or Tuesday
Orders placed during holidays or special promotional events may experience extended processing or delivery times
On average, most orders ship the next business day after processing

Remote & Northern Locations (Free Shipping Excluded)

Free shipping does not apply to remote locations, including Northern Territories.

Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to areas classified by Canada Post as “Air Stage Locations”—locations where mail must be transported by air for more than six months of the year.

Shipping costs for remote locations will be provided by our customer support team
We may contact you if your order qualifies for additional shipping charges based on size or weight
Returns are not accepted for orders shipped to these selected remote locations
