2. Products and Compatibility
Ink44s.ca sells compatible, remanufactured, and OEM ink and toner cartridges. Product descriptions, images, and compatibility information are provided to the best of our knowledge. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify printer compatibility before placing an order.
Compatible and remanufactured products are not manufactured by the original printer brand, unless clearly stated as OEM.
3. Trademarks and Brand Names
Apple, Brother, Dell, HP, IBM, Lexmark, Canon, Epson, Xerox, and other manufacturer brand names and logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Any use of third-party brand names, product names, or trademarks on Ink44.ca is for identification and compatibility purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the respective trademark owners.
Ink44.ca is not associated with or endorsed by any printer manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.

Orders are processed once payment is successfully authorized. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within Canada only. Processing time is typically within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times vary by location and carrier and are estimates only.
Free shipping and shipping rates are subject to the Shipping Policy posted on our website. Remote locations may incur additional shipping charges.
Ink44.ca is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging unless otherwise approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Certain products or locations may be excluded from returns, including remote or air-stage locations.
8. Warranty
Compatible and remanufactured cartridges are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. OEM products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or incompatible printers.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, graphics, and layout—is the property of Ink44.ca and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ink44.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
